Why the link exchange don't work these days anymore

In the recent Google algorithm changes , Google have taken massive changes in .search engine ranking algorithm. Google is  just trying to deliver more and more accurate and perfect result when users are typing a keyword to Google. Google is updating its algorithm much more frequently then its can , to deliver much more accurate results.

Google is more and more moving towards are very genuine  results as well, about a decade back it  thought  the much more back links means much more valuable to Google. Today , they are not valuing the much more back links method. It just want to check the quality of back links in this regard. One of the factor considering the quality of  back links is to check either the back links gained form trusted source or not. Is there any deal or not.That is why link exchange kind of links are not just working , Google started thinking  that  these link exchange links or links achieved form the same niche sites might have some kind of deal( or deal with money , you gave me and I will give you back) is no more good.That is why Google not more giving any value or priority to link exchange kind of links any more.

Why elance - odesk - upwork merger will not be successful

All we know  in recent announcement , the odesk have already became upwork an elance will merge with upwork. This announcement 1st traced in 2013 , when we received email stating that elance and odesk  could create something will is really helpfull for  online workers.They could share the technology , patents , experiences and overall  marketplace. Then they announced the odesk have been changed in upwork. After that elance recently announced that they are  gonna merge with upwork and will create a single and unique online market place.

After all , many of have had with good and bad experience with elance and upwork both.They both have some pros and cons. They both try to protect client and freelancers both.working free of cost or no cost is a violation of policies everywhere. They were very old companies(Elance considered as the world oldest marketplace) Apart then this , when I saw odesk moved upwork and now everything looks like a mess and I dont think the project they want to get success will result a mess up.

form outside upwork likes like a wow to freelancers and clients both.Many times upwork is wondering the users with general knowledge  questions , like - "Do you know there are no riverrs in saudi arabia"  , "Do you know that the national anthem of japan is just 4 lines" .But this kinds of tricks does not help a freelances to earn more anyway.

1stly, Upwork site is full of glitches and the site is very slow , not responsive quickly at all.The message box is fully messed up.You are looking at particular client message and after few min when you changed the page you will lost the things.I am really having many issues with particular message box.All messages were avaliable in elance in a simple form and in a single page.But in upwork you have to  work a lot and spend time to find where is the messages.There are lots of glitches and bugs need to fix immediately. The upwork remains down many times a day.Even sometimes it may down for  half of the day.

2ndly, upwork is not a competitive at all. Odesk was a tremendous low rate site.I work on Internet marketing , search engine  optimization , social media marketing , adwords , adsense , ppc etc. No Matter what the feedback or job score is I still had to fight with low rates. Later they had conducted tests for various hourly rates. They set some profile at $3 , some profile are $4 and some are  $6. Finally have changes their terms and conditions where you cannot post a bid lower than $3.Still clients are arguable with the hourly spacially in my niche. Clients are looking for more and more work at tremendously rate for some niches , no matter what  quality of work you are delivering and no matter your profile rate , feedback or job score is.

3rdly, the profile verification. There are verification process for freelancers and for freelancers it is really important for freelancers.I appreciate freelancers payment verification is important , don't you think  clients don't need to verify themselves? In elance you cannot see proposals if you don't verify your payment in elance and that is the point.It is worthless for clients to just collect proposals, stealing proposals or any motive. When you got something free of cost , you will not understand the value of product. There are no featured job in upwork. Study says that 95% of featured job is hires someone. Upwork have huge amount of  fake projects , fake clients , trying to work free of cost or forcing someone to work outside of odesk  saying that they want to avoid upwork fees etc.

4thly,payment processing need 10 days time.In elance it just takes 3 days to transfer. The dispute time for clients is too long and if the payment method is suspended for the client you are not able to do any work(Sometime clients may have problem personally , you have bare with this and when he got time, he will pay you.

Apart than this there are tons of problems with upwork  , elance is very easy to understand , handle upwok is complicated and hard to understand.You have to negotiate with low rates even if you are 100% recommended  in upwork.

They are saying the site elance will be still available upto early 2016 , but did not gave any final timeline of last availability of the site.Please mark this petition so that they could back the site elance.
